The Biography of Robin Thicke
American and Canadian singer, writer, composer and musician Robin Charles Thicke was born on the 10 of March 1977.
When he was 12 years old he received the invitation to episodic roles in the “Growing Pains” and “The Wonder Years” serials. However, when he was 16 he decided to devote himself to music. The meeting with Andre Harrel, the president of sound recording company Uptown Records, played the substantial role in his musical career.
In 2000 Robin worked hard over the creation of his first album “Cherry Blue Skies”. In 2002 he released his debut single “When I get You Alone”, which won the first places in the charts of Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Australia and New Zealand.
In 2005 Robin took part in the recording of remix of the song “Switch” previously performed by Will Smith. The same year he started the work over his second album called “The Evolution of Robin Thicke”. When Robin created it he took into account the shortages of his debut album. At the same time Robin together with Pharella recorded single “Wanna Love U Girl”. In 2006 he takes part in the recording of remix with Busta Rhymes.
On the 3rd of October 2008, Robin released his third album called “Something Else” which is considered nowadays as his most successful work. This collection contains pop and R&B, melodic ballads and hot dance compositions.
