Alecia Moore, known as Pink, was born on 8th of September in 1979, in Doylestown. Till she was little girl Alecia dreamed to be a singer. She began to sing when she was 13. At 14 she wrote the poems. She was unique and very talent teenager. She tried to find herself in many hobbies: skateboarding, gymnastics, Hip-Hop dancer. And at once she was seen by MCA agent looking for soloist for new rythm’n’bluze band. So, this invitation to audition became lucky ticket for Alecia. It was the first Alecia steps to great world popularity of Pink.
Pink became the singer in Basic Instinct band, but after few years later the band broke up. Pink continue her soloist career in Choice band. She wrote and sang songs, and everyone saw that Alecia had great talent and she realized it. In 2000 Pink released her debut single “There U Go” and in Spring of 2000 she released her debut album “Can’t Take me Home”. After few months this album twice became Platinum status. After that success she was nominated for 4 MTV Europe Music Awards.
In 2003 Pink released “Feel Good Time” single, which later became soundtrack to “Charley Angels ”. In Autumn of 2003 “Try This” album was released. This album didn’t get great popularity to Pink in her homeland (USA), but in Europe it was real great hit. So Pink get Grammy Award for “Try This”.
In 2005 Alecia released “I’m no dead” album after her few year holiday. The most popular compositions of this album are “Dear Mr. President” and “Stupid Girls”. At present Alecia works hardly at her new album while a lot of people love and listen your song in all over the world.
