All began on 30 of March in 1968, in Charlemagne, Quebec, Canada, where little Celin was born. She was 14th child in family of Adhemar and Therese Dion. They were the musicans, formed singing group. When Ctlin was 12, she record the song, which she had written with her mother. To taste the international recognition Celin began to think about American stardom conquering. She recorded English language albums in collaboration with David Foster, famous songwriter-arranger-musician. Single “Where Does My Heart Beat Now” got to top five in the charts. It was sold over 1000000 copies all over the world. But Celin’s real rising on world pop music stardom was in 1992, when Disney’s animated feature “Buity and the Beast” was released. The theme of the feature, duet of Celin Dion and Peabo Bryson, became No 1, won Academy and Grammy Awards. This song was featured in her second English language album “Celin Dion”, which was her best record in USA and was sold more than 12 millions copies worldwide. Another Celin’s No1 hit was single “If You Asked Me To”, due to it’s success she launched her first tour in USA.

Till this moment Celin Dion began quickly won popularity, releasing top-seling “The Colour of My Love”. The album included the great romantic ballads: “When I Fall in Love”, “The Power of Love” and “Because You Loved Me”.
